Jared, a native of Texas began his ministry at Tate Springs Baptist Church in May of 2017. He is a graduate of Criswell College in Dallas, Texas where he received his BA degree in Biblical Studies, and MA degree in Theology with a major in Philosophy. Jared is in the final stage of his PHD from South African Theological Seminary. Jared and his wife, Amanda (August 2006), have two daughters, Hannah Kay (March 2014), and Bethany Morgan (November 2015.
Associate Pastor of Ministries
Ron, a native of Arkansas began his ministry at Tate Springs Baptist Church in November of 2011. He is a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas where he received his MDiv with a concentration in Pastoral Leadership. Ron (GPops) and his wife, Tina (GMa), have three married daughters, Brittany, Shawnda, and Stephanie. They are also proud grandparents of ten.

Terry, a native of Springfield, Missouri, began his ministry at Tate Springs Baptist Church in June of 2004. He is a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. Terry and his wife, Crystal, have three children, Jared, Jenna, and Justin.
Pastor of Youth Ministry
Toby, a native of Snyder, Texas, began his ministry at Tate Springs Baptist Church in September of 2010. He is a graduate of Howard Payne University in Brownwood Texas. Toby and his wife, Traci, have two children, Tate and Tanner.
Halley, a native of Dimmitt, Texas, began her ministry at Tate Springs Baptist Church in May of 2005. She is a graduate of Baylor University in Waco, Texas. Halley and her husband, Bryant, have four children, Aaron, Hunter, Bryley, and Scout.
Interim Pastor of Worship Ministry
Bryce began his ministry at Tate Springs Baptist Church in December of 2015. Bryce Dooley has served in many capacities in ministry including Worship Pastor in many churches throughout Texas. He has a Bachelor of Music Education from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Master of Music in Ministry from Southwestern Theological Seminary. He has served as a faculty member for LifeWay Worship Conferences at both Glorietta and Ridgecrest as well as other State Worship Conferences. He is married to Stephanie and has 2 boys, Logan and Zachary.
